The site has informed us the tenant in units 562 and 2605, Briana Woerner made a payment on 4/14 to come out of overlock but Noke did not receive an update that the units were in an occupied/ in-use current status. The most recent updates Noke received for both units have the timestamp 2025-04-12 07:27:10UTC, with an overlock unit status for both. -QS Support did two full manual API syncs from QMS but Noke advised last sync for the tenants still shows as 2/12. Step 2 – Send out your message to the party. Step 3 – Refresh the page. Step 4 – Message will return result either queued with a grey dot, or sucessful with a green dot. Step 5 – Confirm you have recieved a message on your test phone or equivelant. It should be received regardeless of what result you get (grey or green) Expected Result: Successfully sent messages return with the green dot confirming it has been successfully sent. Actual Result: Sucessfully sent messages return with a queued message or sometimes with a green dot confirming it has been sent. It seems to be random and not based on factors such as: Hyperlink, length, if string is numerical, PNG images. Note: Tested in Trial QMS, in El Segundo. Ticket was tested in Live QMS, at glendale. The emails for tenants on autopay were not emailed on the first of the month when payments were processed. They were emailed on 04/02 at 3:58 am.

I am not sure if this is a bug or just not implemented yet. The default sorting on the Unit Movement report should be SF (small to large) then Street Rate (small to large).

Unable to determine if this issue is present on Trial as CC/Climate Controlled isn't a value constantly used.

Step 3 – Click on 'Exclude From Delinquency' Step 4 – Review waived transactions under Financial and time stamps. Step 5 - Review Notes transactions under Financial and time stamps. Expected Result: Transactions and Notes should show site's current time zone. Actual Result: Notes shows correctly but Transactions shows a different time zone. System will waive all fees for delinquency. (you might need to refresh your page to see update) Example on Production: Site: Trojan Storage Commerce Tenant: Alberto Rojas
