Unable to determine if this issue is present on Trial as CC/Climate Controlled isn't a value constantly used.

In LAVS - Gate Activity - Grace Period is appearing on 05/31 but units should not be in Grace until 06/01 considering they are paird through the end of 05/31.

It wasn't seen because it shows up on the canceled list. Step 2 – Move in a tenant without a special. Step 3 – After the move-in, apply a special to the tenant. Step 4 – Retrieve the reports mentioned in the prerequisite again. Expected Result: The Column: Special remains unchanged. Actual Result: The Column: Special changed. Notes: Attached is a screenshot of the issue.

The emails for tenants on autopay were not emailed on the first of the month when payments were processed. They were emailed on 04/02 at 3:58 am.

I am not sure if this is a bug or just not implemented yet. The default sorting on the Unit Movement report should be SF (small to large) then Street Rate (small to large).
