This issue was initially reported by Randy. When performing a move-in with a Security Deposit, the Daily Snapshot report does not display the Security Deposit under the “Other” column in Manager Discretionary Transactions. Steps to Reproduce: Perform a move-in with a Security Deposit fee. Generate the Daily Snapshot report. Scroll to Manager Discretionary Transactions. Check the transactions made — Security Deposit Fee is missing under the “Other” column. Additional Observations: > Tested this scenario across multiple units and facilities in the Trial Portal. > The issue is consistent — Security Deposit Fee is not displayed in the report.

When you have select to upload a file, the iPad gives them the option of taking a picture instead. Unfortunately, the file name of the photo is always the same. If you already have a file with that name, it overwrites the file. I have asked them to please save photos first and upload from their camera roll instead until there’s a fix. This is a remigration. All units were vacated. When I ran the lease reimport a few days ago, only six imported. This issue is similar to the issue here . The auth charges dropped (after asking TS Corp). Notes: Prospect gets created. Reporting these two instances in case other reports come in.

This is greyed out and says "No options available" even though both a late notice document and email template exist (no SMS is set up yet). This is happening in live, specifically in the Emigrant Storage database."

The end of month totals for March & April are much higher than they truly should be. Attached is an image from LAVS from today as well as one from 06/30 showing the actual totals on 06/30 which appear to be accurate.

The .csv template export is populating the "W" & "L" fields with dates. Pretty sure the format should be numbers representing the Width and Length of the type.

However, the PDFs attached to the Welcome Email / 'Move-In Completion (Lease Available)' trigger and the file under Tenant > Communications still display {{sig}} as a placeholder.
