Steps to Produce: Step 1 – QSC->Facility->Tenants Step 2 – Review the Communication (tab) for the unit. Expected Result: Outbound emails have a Button: Resend option. Actual Result: Outbound emails do not have a Button: Resend option. Note: Add a resend button.

Reported By: Rhonda Haley Current Behavior: In the QuikStor Management Software, when navigating to: Facility → Tenants → [Select Tenant] → Financial → [Select Payment] There is a "Download Receipt" option available for manual payments only. This option is currently not visible for payments made through Autopay. Requested Change: Enable the "Download Receipt" option for payments made via Autopay. Auto-paying tenants should have the same ability to download receipts as those making manual payments. Expected Outcome: Regardless of whether a tenant pays manually or through Autopay, the system should consistently provide the option to download a receipt from the financial tab for any payment.

Requested by All About Storage/Caroline Yanovic. Caroline is considering upgrading from Cloud > QMS. Currently has her facility setup on QMS/Trial. Add a Middle Name field for Tenant to record a Tenant's middle name. Add a Template TAG to display a Tenant's Middle Name on Lease templates.

I think a very important feature to include in QMS is a CRM system that allows a facility the ability to create one email or SMS message and send it as a mass message to all or a group of selected tenants.

This request is from Jordan Lievois Jordan would like "Move-In Date" to be included in the default sort for 'Effective Rates by Unit' report. When opening the 'Effective Rates by Unit' report in QMS, the specified columns should be sorted in the manner Jordan requested. Facility (A to Z) Area (Smallest to Largest) W (Smallest to Largest) L (Smallest to Largest) Floor (Smallest to Largest) Drive Up (Z to A) Climate Controlled (A to Z) Unit Type (A to Z) Move-In Date (Oldest to Newest) Facility, Area, W, L, Floor, Drive Up, Climate Controlled, and Unit Type are all already sorted the way Jordan wants. Only 'Move-In Date' needs to be added.

Feels like there’s an opportunity to refine things a bit here — maybe if the same IP address is detected, it could register as a single lead and then simply add interest to that single lead as the user explores different unit sizes? ORIGINAL ISSUE REPORTED BY RHONDA I just wanted to show you something and hope that if there are any changes to the leads/prospects architecture that we keep this in mind. If you get a chance, check out Trojan Storage of Glendale and click on Leads. You’ll see 125 or so leads from one tenant, Lauren Schaefer. I told the site not to close them yet so you could see them more easily. She is a current tenant who apparently went back and forth online today choosing units and eventually moved into one. It created leads for every discarded move in. I don’t know if this is how we want leads to work in the long term. Eventually we want to track leads and conversions in the system from a marketing and a performance reporting perspective, and this one woman would tank a site’s numbers. Leads and conversions data is important to operators, although it may not be high on our priority list now. This wasn’t something for support, more of a design thing, so I thought I’d just send to you guys.

I wanted to touch base with you regarding our upcoming migration as there is one additional piece of data that I am hoping to get migrated over. Specifically, there is a data point in the Effective Rates by Unit report that I am hoping to retain from StorEDGE. Currently, that data point is showing the date of the migration (unless the customer moved in or had their rate changed after migration occurred). I am hoping that we may be able to pull over the date that the rate was last changed from StorEDGE as it will make things much easier on us from an analysis standpoint (we are currently attempting to merge this report with old storEDGE reports, but it is a bit messy). I have attached the Effective Rates by Unit Report for reference, column AC is what I am referring to and is highlighted in the attached file. I am not sure which storEDGE reports that you are currently using for migration, but I know off the top of my head that this data point can be found in column S of the Occupied Revenue Management report from storEDGE. I have attached a copy for reference. Let me know if you think this is something that you think we can do, happy to go over any of this with you in more detail If needed as well.

Dan Depriest from Menards is asking about being able to take Moto Transactions with QMS. This is something he has been discussing with WorldPay who suggested the companies below. I have attached both the current view when you open the report, and Jordan's suggested view when opening the report.
