Request: Allow specials to transfer when a tenant is transferring units. Reason for Request: If a tenant transfers 2 months in a 4-month special. Reapplying the special starts over the process. Notes: I informed her to credit the tenant for the remaining discount that should be applied for the next 2 months.

The SMS and Email built into QuikStor are painfully slow. I've noticed this at multiple facilities so I'm making an educated guess that it's not just my PC or location. Currently we (I personally) am using traditional text and email to communicate to save time, is there any way to speed up this process? Thank you. Requested by Trojan Storage of Salinas Blanco Rd

It would help the managers and the support team to know when the system disables auto billing or when someone manually enabled or disabled auto billing for a tenant. Request was from Rhonda at Trojan Storage.

This is a request from manager Paul Ogg of Des Moines Way SS at the WSSA Conference. We will be scheduling a demo of QMS with the manager of this site and owner Lynn Prather of Sound Storage Management. He has several tenants who pay with combined payment methods often, sometimes three different credit cards. He would like QMS to allow him to take a payment with combined payment methods in one transaction and be able to use more than one credit card in that transaction if needed.

From Kris at RPM- not a request for changing PTD- he wants the ability to backdate things like a move-out (ex. someone moves out over the weekend but it doesn't get reported until Monday- just to avoid having to show any negative debt that's unneccessary on a report for owners, even though it would be zeroed out and cleaned up anyway

From Kristhian De Los Santos/RPM- He would like a report to identify all discounts given- he has several owners who loved that report in SiteLink and would be extremely helpful for him (and likely many other operators)

Currently the two options when creating specials are to take a percentage off of rent or to specify a flat rate for rent (for example, $1.00 First Month's Rent). There is no option to discount rent by a dollar amount, but Advance Management was asking for this.

Advance Management is requesing the ability to give a specific dollar amount discount, for example, $10 off first months rent. They currently offer a move in discount where the tenant gets their first month of insurance for free.

Advance Management is requesting a report that lists all vacant units and can be sorted by size, then exported with that sorting. I attached a copy of similar reports from QSX & Cloud.
