The attached image shows wording that appears during the move-in process after providing basic contact info. Piqua North does not offer Military Discounts and asked that the wording below to be changed to ”Please contact us if you expect to be deployed or have a change of address. Thank you for your service.“

This is affecting Piqua North's ability to lock in a financial commitment and lease agreement for a tenant who can't move into the unit today but would like to move-in on a future date. Only available in QMS - not online -give the manager the ability to select a date from the calendar to pro-rate from.

When a new database is created, the default Billing setting for the facility is set to Anniversary. This should be changed so that default is 1st of the Month.

Piqua North Storage wants the ability to charge just the pro-rate on online rentals, up until the 28th of the month, at which point the want to collect pro-rate plus next full month. Customer advised not having this is a problem for the way he runs his facility.

SuperStorage John requested a file naming convention similar to: Doc Name + Site Name + Tenant Name + Unit# + Date Created

In our industry best practice shows the Width x Length. When you choose the Dimensions pick list option to define a size from the Facility > Units List, the order L x W is given. It should be W x L. Meaning, I have a 10x15(W x L), the pick list is showing it as 15x10(L x W)

Suggestion from Jason Marko/Piqua North Storage, Demo with Andre 5/31/24- Jason liked the map feauture and would like to see the units on the map also display PRICE, and would also like to see price included in the pop-up modals for each unit

Golden State Storage request: Unit List needs a dedicated, sortable column for Unit size. My preference would be to add it between the Tenant & Unit Type column

Golden State Storage request. Ryan wants the ability to text a payment link at will. Ryan comments when asked if this is just a link that loads the tenant payment portal as an easy way to log in & Pay: "Yes, that sounds great."

When selling an item to a tenant, the item is labeled as a One Off Charge on the Financial History for the unit, but it should be labeled to easily identify it was a retail item sold.
