Sarah McDougall I have created a card for this request, and added several others to improve the experience with this screen. Adding those notes here to keep you in the loop. DevOps #11679:

o Caching Issue(?) - this is an odd one, but easily recreated. Change the number of days, save the changes, and go do a move-in. Notice that on the Financial screen nothing happens when you click the Calculate button. Now refresh the browser and try again, it works fine. You can discard the move-in and try it again and the same thing happens. Logging out and back in again seems to address the issue, however if you update the field again the problem returns.

o Default to 28 days - this should allow all facilities to operate exactly as they were prior to the change. Each facility can then change it to best fit their operation as needed/desired, but it won't hinder their operation if they fail to change it.

o Billing Schema Default - right now we are unable to board any Anniversary facilities, and 1st of the month is much more popular anyway. Currently the default is set to Anniversary. I would suggest defaulting to 1st of the month.

o Text Change - it wasn't immediately clear what what the wording, "Max Days" was when we saw this screen. To make it as clear as possible, I would suggest a wording change to, "Collect the Pro-Rate + (1) Month of Rent on Day:" and then the field will be the day of the month they choose. This removes any doubt as to the purpose of these fields.

Sarah McDougall I assume this is because right now we are only doing FOM migrations? My biggest concern is CS getting used to ignoring this setting and forgetting to change it when it actually is anniversary. What are your thoughts on making both options off by default, similar to the Cash and Accrual option. That would then force CS to set it each time. Not sure how difficult that is for development, but I can ask.
