- Reports (left sidebar)→Occupancy Statistics (Facility)→Obtain Report
- Units (left sidebar)→Import Data→Units Update→Obtain Template
- Unit 455
Steps to Produce:
Step 1 – Review Column: CC for Occupancy Statistics (Example: 5 x 8 Storage)
Step 2 – Review Column: ClimateControlled for obtained template (Example: 5x8 Upstairs Storage)
Expected Result
On the Occupancy Statistics, Column: CC reflects its data similar to the Units Update template's column: ClimateControlledActual Result:
On the Occupancy Statistics, the Column: CC does not
reflect its data similar to the Units Update template's column: ClimateControlled- Unit 455's details reflect None for Climate Controlled
- Resaving the information does nothing for the Occupancy Statistics (report)
Note:
- Attached are the files that were used, plus a snippet of the issue.
- Unable to determine if this issue is present on Trial as CC/Climate Controlled isn't a value constantly used.

Update: Elk Grove 2 and Glendale, which I initially stated were good, are now bad for 04/09/2025.

Update
- The issue is no longer present for TS of Campbell, which I used as an example in this bug report.
- However, the issue is still present at other sites:
- TS of Everett
- TS of Mokena
Quick analysis:
- Good: [Bothell, Burbank, Camarillo, Campbell, Commerce, Elk Grove 2, Englewood, Florin, Glendale, Oregon City, Portland]
- Stopped at Portland.
