After our investigation, we found that the request was successfully processed and that all standard rates were updated, even though an error message was displayed.
We have checked on our end and confirmed that the standard rates were indeed changed according to the attached CSV file. However, just to be sure, please verify on your side as well that all standard rates have been properly updated.
