Provide a clear warning when a refund is part of the move-out transaction as follows: "This transaction will NOT refund any amount to any Credit Card or ACH on file for the tenant." In Cloud we use bold red text, we don't have a preference for the UI as long as it stands out, and is easily visible to the manager.

For reports that have a single date field for which the report can be generated, if the generate button is pressed with no date assume the report should be generated for today (this behavior is consistent with StorEdge) For reports with a date range that must be set, assume a period of MTD. Reports with a single date field should have that date field populated with the current date by default. Reports with 2 date fields should have the from field populated with the first of the current month and the to field populated with the current date by default.
