In talking with the business team about the emails for QMS we would like to propose a feature enhancement that would allow us to view all emails from all sites on the corporate page. We are thinking something along the lines of a main view that has each site as a folder with and indication of how many unread messages there are that we can click on and have a view in a second pane of those emails and then have a reading pane that if we click on an email we can see that email and reply off of it and have the email go out as if the site replied.

The reason we are asking for this is because we currently manage all sites at the corporate level and the site managers are part-time employees for maintenance and onsite work. This change needs to be implemented as soon as possible so we can continue to roll out new sites as they are being built and before we can convert existing sites to QMS.
