Jordan Lievois from Trojan brought this to my attention and explained it well:

"it is a little confusing as it seems to be listed as “Category” in the Unit Setup – Unit Details, but within the Occupancy Statistics report the same piece of data is listed as “Type"

I agree it is a bit confusing, especially since we use the term "type" in a different way in QMS when referring to unit types.
