Steps to Recreate:
  1. Navigate to Field Settings and set specific vehicle-related fields as “Required.”
(Image of I-25's settings is attached as well as their lease for testing.)
  1. Save and publish the updated settings.
  2. As a tenant, initiate an online move-in to a Parking unit.
4.Proceed through the tenant portal move-in flow.
Expected Result:
Tenants should be presented with the Vehicle Information fields as part of the online move-in process and must complete them before proceeding, since they are marked “Required.”
Actual Result:
Tenants are not presented with any vehicle fields and can complete the move-in even if vehicle fields are marked as “Required” in Field Settings.
The 'Vehicles & Other Lien Property' section is entirely missing from the Tenant Portal.
Only the 'Alternate Contact & Military Profile' and 'Miscellaneous Information' sections are visible during move-in*.

*Ronald also found that these fields are also not required online regardless of being required in Field Settings. He will submit a separate bug for this.
This issue appears across multiple portals and environments.
It is understood that Parking units are designated for vehicle storage, reinforcing the expectation that vehicle fields should be collected during the move-in flow.
