I experienced this for both Trojan Elk Grove 2 and West Orange*.
For both databases, when I exported the One-Time Fees data, the Unit One-Time Fees Export would show the Admin Fee but not the Transfer Fee.
Here are the steps of my process for West Orange:
  1. Go to Unit 102 > Click Setup > apply Admin Fee (MoveIn) and Transfer fee to this unit.
  2. Go to Units list > Export Data: Unit One-Time Fees.
  3. Open CSV > type CTRL+T to make table
The attached image shows the Unit One-Time Fees CSV export from Elk Grove 2 at this point.
At this point, I looked back at Unit 102 to confirm that both fees were applied to the unit under Setup, which they were.
  1. Back to the CSV, I filled the MoveIn fee for all applicable units and clicked save.
NOTE: I did not make any changes to the TransferAdministrationFee column
  1. Back in QMS > West Orange > Units, I did Import: Unit One-Time Fees
The import yielded no errors.
  1. While on the Import screen, I picked a unit with no value under TransferAdministrationFee and set the Transfer Fee before committing the CSV upload.
  2. Click Upload CSV button.
  3. Export Data: Unit One-Time Fees
  4. Review newest CSV and found the same result, no Transfer Fee applied to any unit.
*This was a while back, on 12/13 and while I reported it via email to April and Andre, I am reporting it here now because I'm seeing more Export/Import issues.
