Issue:
- Late Fee and Pre-Lien fee applied after the tenant paid, but both the delinquencies had already been applied earlier in the month (7th and 21st)
- A notification was received in Tasks, but when searching for it, nothing was initially found. It wasn't seen because it shows up on the canceled list.
Notes:
- Balance was addressed by using credit, but I'm still reporting this issue to QA
