- Move-in occurred in the morning ~02:45 PT //based on what was recorded on Elavon
- Elavon shows User Name: QSSWEB
- Card used: (Visa) x9124 | Exp Date: 05/27
- I did some digging around, but I couldn't find anything within the QMS program related to this tenant other than they are now a Prospect Tenant.

This ticket is an investigation ticket that April requested to be opened.

There is no record of this payment in our system because it was never successfully completed. The tenant initiated the move-in process and submitted their credit card details via the Elavon modal (triggered by the frontend), which is why the charge appears on their bank account. However, the payment itself remains in a pending state (as shown in the attached CashApp screenshot) and will be automatically refunded within 14 days.
Based on what I’ve observed, it seems likely that the move-in draft was discarded before the tenant had a chance to finalize the payment.

@james The morning of the 31st there were two emails that went out to her requesting ID and an E-signature request. I am unsure how she was able to make a payment without completing the e-signature part of the lease. I will forward this to see what the team says.
