Steps to Recreate:
Begin a move-in process within the software.
When prompted to send a signature request, select the SMS option.
Tenant receives the SMS with a link to sign the document.
Click on the link in the SMS message.
Expected Result:
Tenant is taken to the digital document where they can complete and submit their signature.
Actual Result:
Tenant is redirected to a page displaying a message: "Link is not valid."
