Pro-Rated Rentals using Anniversary Billing doesn't allow users to choose the a "Paid Thru" date that is the last day of the month.

Users are not allowed to choose the last day of the month from the calendar and, are unable to manually enter the last day of the month.

NOTE: FOM Billing works fine now.
