Late Charge/Notice set for 11th Day after PTD but Delinquent Tenant Leases Shows it Skipped on the 12th

If the PTD is the 30th/31st, then the 11th day after the PTD should be the 11th I believe. This is for Company BIERMAN > Facility Storage 4 U, and they are expecting late actions to occur on the 11th of the month.

Sarah McDougall I believe the tag is off by a day, or perhaps the skipping during migrations always shows as the day after the planned task. I will find out. Your setting will apply it on the 11th. Here is an example of that happening:
