Steps to Produce:
Step 1 – QMS->Facility->Unit
Step 2 – Find a delinquent unit and select it.
Step 3 – Click on 'Exclude From Delinquency'
Step 4 – Review waived transactions under Financial and time stamps.
Step 5 - Review Notes transactions under Financial and time stamps.
Expected Result:
Transactions and Notes should show site's current time zone.
Actual Result:
Notes shows correctly but Transactions shows a different time zone.
System will waive all fees for delinquency. (you might need to refresh your page to see update)
