James Perez my apologies. This is from an email thread with the developer. I believe these are the only two units that still had an issue as I think the others made a payment. Please confirm.
Hey April,
Adding and removing from delinquency only fixes the delinquency cycle if the PTD is correct, so if Rhonda tried that before we did the PTD data fix it didn't work.
I was able to confirm that these 2 units are the only one still potentially affected.
I checked and the delinquency process for #120 has already been reset and seems fine. It is consistent with the assigned California Delinquency Process. The first delinquency fee is scheduled for the 12th of March, which is 12 days after the PTD.
I reset the process for #275-276. 2 delinquency fees got waived and the delinquency process should correctly start again during the overnight today.
Since it's only 2 units, I will keep monitoring them just in case it's not correctly fixed.

April Lee That is correct. And it seems users have used general credit to resolve it.
Should I inform the person that reported the issue, or how should I go about it?
