Autopay Not Disabled After First Failed ACH Transaction

The system is expected to automatically disable Autopay after the first failed transaction attempt. This functionality works correctly when the payment method is a Credit Card but fails to work when the payment method is ACH.
During investigation of recurring failed transactions reported by Elavon’s risk department (and Randy), it was observed that ACH transactions have been failing repeatedly for several days without Autopay being toggled off.

Ronald Jay Uy Randy Fountain Hi Ronald, my apologies as it seems that you have not been updated that we are no longer using Canny to report bugs & feature requests. When Intercom was added into QMS, the ability to report both bugs & features directly in the software became available as well. To do so, you may log into any of your Trial databases, click the question mark in the lower left hand corner, and when the chat window comes up, "Click Chat with us". You will then see a button that says, "I found a bug" from there you can enter details, screenshots, etc about the bug. Again, sorry for the lack of communication that Canny is no longer being used.
